Vendors may download these records in order to provide collection analyses or other value-added benefits to the district.

CAUTION: This is a download-only file. It is extremely large, and can take over an hour to download. It is updated on the first Monday following the first Saturday of every month.

School List for Vendors

• If you want us to purchase your book, it must be available through one of our awarded vendors.
• We only consider books that align with our district collection development policy .

• All books added to our collection must be reviewed and approved before being accepted as a donation or selected for purchase.
• If you would like your book reviewed, please send a single complimentary copy to our processing center:

• We will review the book to determine if it meets our policy guidelines. Campus librarians make final decisions about including books in their collections.

• If you wish to donate copies, please first submit your request to ensure the book meets our policy.
• Only upon approval, send donated copies to:

• Unapproved donations will not be accepted.

• If you would like to be considered for an author visit, please provide information about your presentation and availability in the Google Form below.
• Individual campus librarians or school staff will reach out if they decide to schedule a visit.
