Mission
The Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Department is committed to delivering conditioned air to achieve occupant comfort.
Goal
Our goal is to achieve occupant comfort for all educational and workspaces throughout the district in an energy-efficient and environmentally responsible manner.
Bart Webster - Director of MEP

Bart Webster started in the commercial electrical trade in 1980, working on new construction, renovation, and service calls on the ground level and high rise buildings. He began his career with the Dallas Independent School District in 1993 as an electrician, assisting with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and renovations of schools during summer break. Bart was later promoted to supervisor, then manager.
Bart strives to build a “We Can” positive attitude and work until the problem is solved mentality in the individuals he works with.
