Dallas ISD provides students and families with a wide variety of school choices, including Transformation and Innovations Schools.

Transformation Schools are:

• Brand-new schools designed around an innovative model
• Open to any student no matter where they live
• Enrolled through a randomized lottery process

Innovation Schools are:

• Redesigned neighborhood schools
• Open to any student living in the attendance boundary
• Open to transfer applications from students living outside the attendance boundary
