To reset your password, click on the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.

To pick up your order in person, you will need to bring a valid photo ID to the following address:

Pick-up hours are every Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please check in at the Dallas ISD Connect Contact Center front desk on the 1st floor upon your arrival.

During the summer (usually June, July and part of August) Payroll Services will be closed on Fridays. Pick-up hours are every Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

After submitting a payment, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the payment. You will receive a letter or email confirming your payment.

If you select to have your W2 reprint mailed, orders will be mailed to the address on your receipt. Ensure that you provide the correct mailing address. Allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery.

For payments made through Payroll Payments (RevTrak), sign into your account and click on "Account Settings" located in the top right-side corner to review payment history.

To obtain the overpayment settlement balance:

Current employees: Contact your payroll specialist.

Former employees: Send an email to notifypayroll@dallasisd.org with your request or call Dallas ISD Connect Contact Center at (972) 925-4200.
