Notice: Former/Current Dallas ISD Employee

DBD(LOCAL): Any person who has been employed as a full-time employee of the District may NOT perform services for the District for compensation as a supplier or consult or on behalf of a supplier/consultant for 18 months after the termination of the person's employment relationship with the District. This restriction does not apply to former employees who are hired as classroom teachers, campus-based professional employees, or campus principals.

Register or Update My Vendor Account

Awarded Vendors use iSupplier to manage purchase orders, invoices, payments, and company contact information.

New Awarded Vendors

If you have been awarded a contract or purchase order and do not have an iSupplier account, complete your vendor registration within 30 days of award.

Please note: Registration in a procurement system does not make a business an Awarded Vendor. Vendors are awarded through a competitive procurement process or receive an award in accordance with District requirements

Dallas ISD is aware of scams involving the impersonation of procurement officials with fraudulent requests for quotes or purchase orders. All vendors must be vigilant and protect themselves against fraud. We want to emphasize that our domain is simply "Dallasisd.org."

Vendors are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of all orders. The district is not responsible for any losses caused by a vendor fulfilling a fraudulent order. All vendors are encouraged to contact the Procurement Services team members to verify any orders a vendor believes might be suspicious. Staff Directory.

Wells Fargo Credit Card Program

Complete Background Screening & Badging

Vendors whose work requires contact with students or access to District facilities may be required to complete background screening, fingerprinting, or badging requirements.
