Dallas ISD issues bids via Bonfire, the e-bidding platform.

All proposals must be received on or before the due date and specified time. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring proposals are delivered and completed at the appropriate time. The District is not responsible for the vendors' use and dependency on the electronic bidding system. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. 

Manual Submission Option

Bid documents can be found in Bonfire after the vendor has completed registration. Vendors are responsible for ensuring all sections are downloaded out of Bonfire and completed if a manual submission is desired.

It is strongly recommended that vendors complete bids via Bonfire as it will streamline the tasks and ensure all required responses are complete, providing submission confidence for you, the vendor!
