Registered Bidder status DOES NOT guarantee that your business will be awarded a contract or purchase order to provide goods or services to Dallas ISD. Registered bidders are not permitted to sell to the district until they are awarded a contract/agreement with the district via competitive procurements and complete the registered vendor process within 30 days of award. 

These vendors are registered in the Oracle EBS iSupplier platform. This allows vendors to manage their purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and company contact information.

If you are a registered vendor but have not been awarded a bid or contract, it is strongly recommended that you register in the Bonfire platform to become a Registered Bidder, ensuring you receive notifications when new bids are released. 

It is the sole responsibility of the vendor doing business with Dallas ISD to maintain and update their current profiles. Keeping information current will prevent process delays.

The most common updates needed in Bonfire are the vendor's Contact person, email address, or Category Codes. Vendors should ensure this information is correct on a regular basis. 

The most common updates needed in iSupplier are the vendors' W9(EIN), contact name, address, phone number, e-mail address, banking information, and desired commodity codes. Vendors should update this information annually.

How to check purchase orders, invoices, and payments. 

There are three (3) payment options to select from: 

• Electronic
• Check
• Wells Fargo (Credit Card)

Dallas ISD is aware of scams involving the impersonation of procurement officials with fraudulent requests for quotes or purchase orders. All vendors must be vigilant and protect themselves against fraud. We want to emphasize that our domain is simply "Dallasisd.org."

Vendors are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of all orders. The district is not responsible for any losses caused by a vendor fulfilling a fraudulent order.
