Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT)
The Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT) is a leadership team that is convened to build the capacity of campus teachers and support the implementation of shared instructional goals for student achievement. The CILT will work closely with District departments via professional learning sessions designed to assist their campus leadership efforts with the critical linkages between curriculum, planning, instructional design, and formative assessment practices.
