Mission
Real Property Management manages the district's real estate needs and facilities use in support of the teaching and learning environment.
Goal
- To ensure compliance with Board policies, district regulations, and State law regarding the disposition and use of the district properties / facilities
- To generate revenue and reduce costs through the sale of the surplus properties and leasing of vacant facilities
- To negotiate the best possible terms for the district in the purchase and leasing of property
- To provide quality customer service
