ACCELERATION SPECIALISTS PD SCHEDULE 2025-26

Professional development (PD) is conducted twice each month, and attendance is required for all specialists. These sessions are essential to ensure consistency in instructional practices, provide ongoing training in research-based strategies, and build the skills needed to deliver high-quality Tier III instruction. Professional Development not only strengthens expertise but also equips specialists with the tools and support necessary to accelerate student learning and close achievement gaps.

Observation forms are aligned to the Instructional Look Fors and serve as a tool to provide meaningful feedback on instructional practices. These forms will be shared with both Specialists and campus administrators to ensure transparency, promote consistency, and support continuous growth. By using the Instructional Look Fors as the foundation, observations remain focused on evidence-based practices that drive student achievement.
