Contract Vetting Submission for Campuses
Campus contracts for all off-site student activities such as, but not limited to, homecoming, prom and Six-Flags will continue to be vetted by Eric Nickerson or Alexis Estrada. The evaluative process was established to assist campus administrators with adherence to district policies and procedures.
Be advise that you are not permitted to present a contract for these activities directly to the Office of Legal Services before they are vetted by School Leadership Designee, Alexis Estrada. To ensure that each contract has an appropriate time for the vetting process, all contracts must be submitted to Alexis no later than 45 business days before the event date to this link.
