For all issues with Raptor, please directly contact Raptor Support for resolution. If Raptor cannot resolve the issue, they will instruct you to request a new scanner or printer. In this case, please contact your designated campus Safety Coordinator to arrange the delivery and installation of the necessary replacement.
If you need additional rolls of badges, please contact your designated campus Safety Coordinator to arrange immediate delivery.
To add new users, please email the employees name, EID, email, and position to your designated campus Safety Coordinator for account creation.
