Mission Statement

Special Revenue Funds Management (SRFM), under the direction of the Director – Special Revenue Funds Management, is responsible to the Dallas Independent School District (“the District”, “DISD” or “the District”) Board of Trustees and to the granting agencies for the financial and regulatory administration all federal, state and local financial assistance to the District. SRFM serves as the District clearinghouse for all grant applications and awards. SRFM seeks to manage external funding opportunities and provide directions during the proposal development process.
