Contact your meet director on directions to enter your meet - they vary from meet to meet. 

If in person, be sure to fully complete your field trip request three weeks prior to the trip.

If required, be sure to submit your scores before the deadline!

The stipend roster sheet is your way to report coach & student participation for every TMSCA meet throughout the year.

Where to find it:

• Open Google Drive 

• Click the “Shared With Me” tab

• Search for your school name followed by “TMSCA 25-26”

• Only one sheet per campus will be submitted

• Coaches will need to collaborate on their campus rosters.

• Schools with multiple levels are required to fill a separate sheet for each school level. 

• Fall stipends will be paid on December 15, 2025. This means your deadline to complete your sheets will be November 10, 2025.
