Before submitting your request:

• The processing time is 2–3 business days.
• When completing your request, if you need records sent to a college or university, please enter the institution's delivery address (Transcripts will not be sent to a personal email).
• Diploma replacements may take 4–6 weeks.
• Current Dallas ISD students must request transcripts and records from their current school.
• If a secondary student withdraws, their records remain at the last middle or high school attended until age 23. Requests must be submitted directly to that school.
