Eligible students attending the 2025 Dallas ISD Internship EXPO must complete this form, upload, and submit the following Phase II internship task requirements by Friday, February 14th, 2025:

1. Completed Mock Interview Rubric
2. Completed Resume Review Rubric
3. Final Resume
4. Signed and Dated Verification of Internship Participation Form
