Anne Frank Elementary receives $2,000 Whole kids foundation grant

Kids who grow fresh food, eat fresh food! A school garden connects kids to the roots of their food!

Whole Food Foundation (Founded by Whole Food Market) has awarded a 2015 School Gardens grant to Anne Frank Elementary in Dallas, TX.

The $2,000 grant will be used to increase access to and consumption of fresh foods, inspire families to participate in growing nutritious food for their families and the community, and enable Anne Frank teachers to use the garden as a living classroom to enhance instruction across all subjects and grade levels.
