Eladio R. Martinez Learning Center is named for a brave soldier who fought during World War II in order to make the world a better place in which to live. At Eladio R. Martinez, we, too, are committed to fighting the fight in order to nurture the whole child so that he or she will experience growth academically, socially, and emotionally. We successfully accomplish this in many fantastic ways. At Eladio R. Martinez, we ensure marked academic achievement by providing outstanding, high-quality instruction. We also fully support ALL students though differentiated learning opportunities in the classroom, as well as, through extracurricular activities which provide an opportunity for students to compete against their peers around the district, expand their knowledge and skills which they learn in the classroom, and then receive achievement awards for their outstanding accomplishments. At Eladio R. Martinez Learning Center, our students learn to become valuable and successful members of society today and in the tomorrows to come. Eladio R. Martinez is a sparkling, rare gem. So, come and be a member of this exciting and rewarding school. We would love to have you join us on our journey of excellence where SUCCESS HAS NO LIMITS!

Eladio R. Martinez Learning Center is a modern structure that blends beauty with technology, providing a learning environment well suited to make the transition into the 21st century. The new 72,000 square foot facility, built at a cost in excess of $4.07 million, includes a courtyard designed to allow for student gatherings and forums as well as outdoor academic instruction. The school has an enrollment capacity of 800 youngsters. All the classrooms have a window to the outdoors providing light and visual relief to the students throughout the day.

The plaza is transitional space that will give the school an identity and allow students to interact before and after school hours. The plaza will funnel students into the building and disperse them to drop off and pick up areas. The academic areas have been physically isolated from the physical areas of the cafetorium and gymnasium.

Folding partition walls, separating the gymnasium and cafetorium, will allow these areas to be expanded for special functions. The administrative suite is in the front of the school, near teacher and student entrances. The Media Center is centrally located within the design scheme and is accessible from within the school and from the courtyard. Primary rooms have been located on the left side of the school to facilitate student access to the half-day programs. Adjacent to these areas is a primary playground.
