The Academy of Engineering (AOE) features a project-based approach to learning with an emphasis on engineering design and problem solving. Functionally, the AOE is a school-within-a-school. Students benefit from the many programs of a large comprehensive high-school while enjoying the support of a small learning community.

 

The AOE is a partnership between DISD, the National Academy Foundation, and Project Lead the Way.
