• The Career Management System (CMS)
In Dallas ISD, central staff play a key role in raising student achievement by supporting and empowering the work of our campuses. To improve student achievement, each of the district’s 20,000 employees must be working toward a shared vision, focused on the same outcomes, and striving for excellence. The Career Management System (CMS) is a tool for defining, supporting and rewarding excellence for central, support, and non-instructional campus-based staff.

The 2020-2021 CMS Appraisal cycle launched for eligible employees on September 14th. The goal-setting task is available in Cornerstone to all CMS-eligible employees for completion during the Goal-Setting/Planning phase.

The Performance Management Team is here to assist with any questions or concerns! Please contact us at careermanagement@dallasisd.org or (972) 749-5712.
