• The Career Management System (CMS)
    In Dallas ISD, Central staff play a key role in raising student achievement by supporting and empowering the work of our campuses. To raise student achievement in Dallas ISD, each of the district’s 20,000 employees must be working toward a shared vision, focused on the same outcomes, and striving for excellence. The Career Management System (CMS) is a tool for defining, supporting and rewarding excellence for central, support, and non-instructional staff. The Performance Management Team is available to assist with any questions.
     
    2018-2019 CMS Appraisal Cycle
     
    CMS Key Dates

    The 2018-2019 CMS Appraisal cycle will launch for central staff and operations employees on September 17, 2018. A goal-setting task will be available to all CMS-eligible employees for completion during the Goal-Setting/Planning phase.
