Amy Tucker - Library Media Specialist
Ms. Tucker attended the University of North Texas, obtaining a degree in education 4th-8th (1999-2004). She taught 6th grade Math/Science for 2 years, 6th grade Math for 6 years, and 7th grade Science for 2 years before becoming a librarian. Ms. Tucker obtained a Master of Library Science in 2016, and has worked as a librarian since 2014. She has loved reading for pleasure since she was a young child. Her parents read to her every single night until she told them she would like to read on her own. She strives to find the right book for all students so that they will share in her love for reading and become readers for life. Ms. Tucker also loves animals. She has 4 dogs, 1 cat, 2 guinea pigs, 1 bearded dragon, and 2 large fish tanks.
