    Chief of School Leadership

Jolee Healey has served in Dallas ISD as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. After leading a Dallas school to an exemplary rating and earning the National Blue Ribbon, she became the executive director for the Bryan Adams feeder pattern and united schools around strong literacy instruction, data analysis, and inclusive community partnerships.

In 2015, Ms. Healey developed and led the Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) program which successfully transformed chronically struggling schools, decreasing the number of low performing schools in Dallas ISD and eliminating all multi-year failing schools. The program has since expanded and been replicated by several districts across the state and hailed as an exemplar by the Texas Education Agency.

Additionally, Ms. Healey has had the privilege of supporting the district’s leadership program called Leader Excellence, Advancement, and Development (LEAD), focusing on coherence across steppingstone leadership roles to provide a robust pipeline for Dallas ISD. These varied experiences, as well as her most recent role as Deputy Chief in School Leadership, have provided Ms. Healey a wealth of varied experiences and partnerships with outstanding Dallas ISD educators and stakeholders.
