Lady Cowboys Accepting Responsibility Elite

L’ Car Elite is a mentoring group at David W. Carter High School for girls that gives an opportunity to network and build relationships as they experience their transition to become socially aware of their responsibilities. They are cultivated on self awareness, culture, community service, and other enrichment activities. These young ladies learn to take ownership in their choices about their status and their character.
