It is my hope and prayer that you and yours are safe during this trying time. Despite the many challenges we are facing, I am encouraged by the visionary and compassionate leadership of our district, the commitment of our staff and the tenacity of our students along their parents. We are committed to doing all that we can to insure your child is receiving rigorous instructional and emotional support. In order to find resources about academy and other critical information for your child, please visit our school website.
I am asking our parents to encourage your child to maintain their regular schedule. In addition to the video lesson our teachers are uploading weekly, they are also going live online at least for the first 20min of each class in order to provide support and modeling. We understand the emotional toll on our students as they are trying to make sense of their current reality. Our counselors and our staff are available for any emotional support. Parents and students can come to our school on Thursdays to pick up food from 10:00a.m. till 1:00p.m.
If you have any question, concern or suggestion, please don’t hesitate to reach us at 972-502-2300. I am confident that we are going to be stronger as a result of this experience.
