Hispanic Heritage Month
Each year for Hispanic Heritage Month, Dallas ISD aims to provide a series of highly engaging programs and activities centered around the celebration, empowerment, remembrance, and an appreciation of this heritage. This year's theme is Esperanza: A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage and Hope. Departments across Dallas ISD have partnered with the Racial Equity Office (REO) to provide a number of opportunities to help students learn about history while celebrating its significance.
Programming will run from September 15th through October 15th and can be found at dallasisd.org/HispanicHeritageMonth
