    Dear Falcon Family,

I want to thank our students, parents, faculty, staff and community members for a great school year. We had approximately 1000 students enrolled this year. I am very proud of the accomplishments and work each of our students have done. Our mission is to ensure that every student that enters our school is safe, that every student that enters our classrooms is challenged, and that every student that graduates is ready to succeed. It has taken a combined effort from all stakeholders to accomplish this mission.

I want to encourage each of you to stay involved at Benjamin Franklin International Exploratory Academy by joining and being active in the PTA, SBDM, attending campus events and meetings, or by volunteering at the school in the future. Research has shown that working together produces higher academic achievement, greater socialization and deeper mutual respect for others.

At Dallas ISD and Benjamin Franklin, we want to encourage all children to be actively involved in extracurricular activities. Students have many great opportunities to be involved and part of something special on our campus. We offer, but not limited to: Student Council, Athletics, Sports, Art Club, JROTC, Robotics, French and Spanish Club, Green Team, Anime Club, Theater Club, Reading Buddies, Chess Club, UIL, Gardening Club, Choir, Band, Girls On the Run, Orchestra, and Robotics.

Again, I want to thank all of our team members, students, faculty, staff, parents, community members and everyone else that made this school year successful and productive.
