Ninotchka completed both her Bachelor of General Studies and a Master of Arts in Teaching degrees at West Texas A&M University. Her professional career started in the marketing and advertising industry. As a “mother in residence,” she was inspired to pursue a lifelong passion: art and fine art photography. Ninotchka’s work has been shown locally and internationally and has been featured in various publications. In 2012, she was named the Featured Artist for the Hispanic Women's Network of Texas Fort Worth chapter’s annual ArtSí show and auction benefitting their Latinas in Progress™ Education Series. This wonderful scholarship program mentors senior high school Latinas throughout their college journey.
In addition to spending time with her family (including dog, Hachi and cat, T.K.), Ninotchka enjoys reading, musical theater, visiting museums, going to the movies, and being outside in nature (she calls the Dallas Arboretum her “happy place”).
Ninotchka is excited to share her love of the arts and the Spanish language and culture with the students of Booker T. Washington!
