    Principal Hypolite's entire professional career has been in the field of education. In his country of origin, he taught French and Spanish as second languages at the high school level for two years. His career in the US started with Dallas ISD in 2006 as part of the Dallas ISD Alternative Certification program as a 4th and 5th grade bilingual teacher for 6 years at F.P. Caillet Elementary, before moving to a leadership role. Mr. Hypolite served as an Assistant Principal at Marsh Preparatory Middle school for 1 academic school year, before being promoted to his current position as principal of Chapel Hill Preparatory - Home of the Chargers!

    In his 1st year, with his phenomenal teachers, students and staff, he piloted and implemented the personalized learning model with the goal of tailoring instruction to the needs of all students. Principal Hypolite believes that each student brings a different set of strengths and interests, and it’s to the benefit of the student when teachers and staff can create safe and innovative spaces where students can amplify their strengths and interests.
