• Each semester, Dallas ISD campus Faculty & Staff take anonymous surveys to allow them to share their perceptions of the climate and culture in their workplace. Survey questions revolve around 6 topics:

    • Beliefs & Priorities
    • Positive Culture & Environment
    • Culture of Feedback & Support
    • College-Going Culture
    • Teacher-Teacher Trust
    • Teacher- Principal Trust

    Survey results are used to determine areas of strength and areas for growth so that the climate and culture of each campus supports high levels of achievement for students.
