Below are the steps for repair of student technology:
- The Parent/student may call 1-972-925-5630 for the Service Desk to try to fix/repair the device over the phone.
- If the Service Desk cannot repair the device, the Service Desk will submit a ticket into the system.
- IT will contact the student to swap out the device.
- The swapping out of devices will occur at a quadrant location.
- The device swap will occur on THURSDAYS only.
- In the event the student has a broken device, the campus teachers will need to allow students to make up work that was unable to be completed or submitted.
