THIS FORM IS NOT TO REARRANGE CLASS PERIODS NOR CHANGE TEACHERS.
Students who meet one or more of the following requirements can complete the request form no later than 12:00 p.m. on February 11, 2021.
1. Missing a class period on schedule.
2.Duplicate course (a course that was passed with a 70 or above and is on schedule again).
3. To drop a Pre-AP/AP course (approval needed).
4 .(Question for Seniors ONLY) Missing a course required for graduation.
ALL STUDENTS MUST ATTEND CLASSES ON CURRENT SCHEDULE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE OFFICIAL "STUDENT SCHEDULE CHANGE" FROM YOUR COUNSELOR.
