Who is READYToWork (RTW)?

RTW was created in 2006 as an internal resource for On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. to develop, grow and expand a company of well-trained, highly motivated individuals. Since inception, RTW recognized the employment challenges faced by many employers and the broader need to develop a "ready workforce" to meet local industry needs. RTW engages with local and regional workforce development professionals, educators and employers to bridge the gap between workforce opportunities and readiness.
