Bayles Elementary was established by the Dallas Independent School District in1956 and has educated thousands of children in the Ferguson road community for more than 50 years. Bayles pride and loyalty runs deep in this east Dallas community. The administration and staff at Bayles work closely with the Ferguson Road Initiative and the Claremont Home Association to create strong community partnerships. These partnerships enable the scholars here at Bayles to connect with the community and become a child that is healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged in all areas of life.
We are dedicated to providing a quality education that emphasizes high expectations, positive reinforcements, and "growing scholars." Bayles offers many opportunities for parents to participate in school activities, assist in classrooms and be involved through the PTO. Bayles also offers an after-school program which includes homework assistance, tutoring and mentoring services. Bayles Elementary is committed to providing a safe and structured environment where all students can learn and reach their fullest potential, becoming lifelong learners supported by the high expectations of their teachers, guardians, and school community.
