    Dr. Mick Sandoval

    Dr. Mick Sandoval, Principal at William Lipscomb Elementary, has dedicated his professional career to serving students in economically disadvantaged, highly Hispanic communities. His priority is to provide a safe, secure, and engaging environment for students and staff each day. 


    Dr. Sandoval earned his BIS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso, his Masters of Education from the University of North Texas, and his Educational Doctorate from Walden University. He taught 3rd-5th grades for six years and served as an Elementary Assistant Principal for three years in Birdville ISD. Dr. Sandoval has served as an Elementary School Principal in the Birdville, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw, and Hurst Euless Bedford Independent School Districts for the past 18 years. Schools under his leadership have been recognized for academic excellence, increased enrollment, superior campus safety procedures, and deep community involvement.


    Mick is the proud father of four children. He enjoys watching movies, listening to audiobooks, and traveling.
