• Mrs. Maria P Molinares joined Dallas ISD as an alternative certification teacher in 2004, serving in the Dual Language program. Mrs. Molinares has served as a Bilingual Specialist and as an administrator during the 18 years of her career in the district. With a background in Business Administration and Finance, and a Master's degree in Business, Mrs. Molinares has served in the public sector since graduating in Colombia in 1993.

    While serving as a Bilingual Specialist in Dallas ISD, Mrs. Molinares attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with her master's in Educational Leadership and Policy. Mrs. Molinares started her career in school administration in 2010 as an assistant principal and later became school principal for the Early Learning Department.

    Mrs. Molinares is passionate about providing educational opportunities and high quality programs within the School Readiness Integration initiative (SRI). She believes in the power of language and the interactions of students and teachers while increasing kindergarten readiness in our Dallas communities. Mrs. Molinares is a wife and a proud mother of three. She enjoys dancing, traveling and storytelling.
