Welcome to Technology

Hello, I'm Ms. Moore, and I will be your child's Technology teacher. I couldn't be more excited! Parents for students grades 3 - 8, consider adding a wireless mouse and earbuds to your child's supply list. I will be teaching mouse skills and many of them do much better on their Chromebook with a mouse rather than using the mouse pad. We also do lots of technology activities that require earphones. Though I have a few earphones that I let students borrow, with COVID, it is safer for them to have their own readily available. 

What will they learn?

• K - 5th grade - Computer literacy, Coding and the basics for using a computer. 
• 6th grade - Technology Applications (advanced technology skills needed to pass the Tech App's State ACP)
• 7th grade - Introduction to Robotics & College and Careers Readiness
• 8th grade - Advanced Robotics
