Mr. Burns was raised in Dallas, and is a proud Dallas ISD product graduating from Carter. Mr. Burns attended Prairie View A&M and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. Mr. Burns is interests include sports, watching movies, gaming, and music.
