• Registration Requirements

    The following documents are required for new students entering Kinder to 12th grade:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Parent ID
    • Proof of Address - Utility (Water, Gas, or Electricity only), Lease or Mortgage Agreement
    • Immunization Record
    • Social Security Card (US Citizen only)
    • Medical Records *If child has a medical condition
    • Legal Paperwork (ex. Guardianship, Child Custody, Power of Attorney, Adjudicated Delinquent, Order of Protection, etc.) 

    Additional required documents for PreK ONLY:

    Proof of Income documents (check stub, bank statement, or Texas Benefits Letter showing date range the benefits are Active)
