    Help us celebrate “Education Go Get It Week”
     
    September 16-20, 2015.
     
     
     
    This is a districtwide effort to increase college and career awareness among our students. We will have a few activities for our students to participate in to better promote college awareness.
    Please see the schedule of events listed below. Parents, we hope to see you at our Parent Meeting
    Wednesday for coffee and donuts.
     

    Monday (9/16): Poster Day!! Students, show off your creative skills by creating a poster depicting your favorite college or future career goal.

     
    Tuesday (9/17): “Students interview your teacher” Classroom activity during 1st period.
     

    Wednesday (9/18): Parent Meeting: Higher Education Meeting at 8:05 am.  Join us for coffee and donuts.

     

    Thursday (9/19): “Letter Writing Activity” “A Letter to Me from Me, Students are encouraged to write a letter to themselves. They will answer the questions:  What will I be when I grow up? What will I have to do to achieve that goal?

     

    Friday (9/20): “Spirits flying high” Teachers and Students are invited to wear a college shirt

    with khaki pants.
     

    College Signing Day: Students will come to the front hall at some point during the day to sign the college wall, pledging to get a higher education.
