APPLICATION TRAINING AND SUPPORT
The Application Training and Support (ATS) team supports the district's technology initiatives by providing instructor-led and self-paced web-based training for multiple applications, including PowerSchool, Oracle, SchoolMint, and ServiceNow.
Pages with links to training resources for each application are available in the left-hand menu. Before you can access those resources, you must sign in using your EAD and password.
ATS offers end-user support to both campus and central staff. To request assistance from the ATS department, please submit a ticket through ServiceNow using the link below.
