BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships developed through the Business Advisory Committee serve to promote student participation in shadowships, mentorships, and paid and non-paid internships in the business environment.
Professional liaisons with Babson College, Brookhaven, Cedar Valley, El Centro, North Lake, and Richland Community Colleges allow students to participate in internships and dual credit course work.Dual Credit ProgramHere at School of Business and Management, we have Dual Credit courses agreement with El Centro College and Brookhaven’s College. Some of the courses are taught at the colleges and some are taught here in School of Business and management.
What is Dual Credit?- In partnership with local high schools, El Centro College and Brookhaven’s college Dual Credit program offers qualified high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to earn college credit while completing high school requirements.
- Tuition is free for courses that are considered dual credit. Students receive both high school and college credit for the course(s) they take.
