Mr. A.Guerrero - Principal Resident
Anthony Guerrero is a Principal Resident at Billy E. Dade MS. His unwavering commitment to equity has motivated him to do the work necessary to move our most economically disadvantaged black and brown students. He currently works with the math department and supports teachers with providing interventions to students to ensure minority and EL students meet grade-level expectations. He previously did this work for underserved students at Sam Tasby MS, where he was able to close the achievement gap by 66% in Science and move the state and local accountability rating by about 10%. He holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago, an MS in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership. He hopes to continue this work in the future, serving as a Principal Resident, as he tirelessly pursues equity for all students.

Mr. D. Frazier - Assistant Principal

Dominique Frazier was named as one of the Assistant Principals of Billy E. Dade Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year. Previously Mr. Frazier served DISD in a leadership role and Middle School Athletic Director at Billy E. Dade from 2014-2019.
Mr. Frazier graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology. He earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and obtained his Principal credentials through Lamar university’s Educational Leadership Program. Mr. Frazier has 18 years of educational experience in various capacities including serving as an Inclusion Teacher, Redirection Unit Teacher, and Itinerant Behavior Teacher. He is a husband and father of three and enjoys farming in his spare time.

Ms. K. Brown - Assistant Principal
7th Grade Principal
Kike Brown is the current 7th grade assistant principal at Dr. Billy E. Dade Middle School. Previously, Brown served as an assistant principal at Terrell High School. In that role she was responsible for 10th and 11th grade students and supervised both the ELAR and CATE departments. She worked closely with LPAC and assisted in creating memorable cultural events for the school and the community. Brown was recognized for her achievement in the areas of improving student discipline and developing staff morale by building strong relationships and promoting team comradery.
Brown graduated from Louisiana State University; Shreveport with a Master of Science degree in Human Services Administration. She earned her Principal certification from the University of North Texas in Denton in May 2015. Brown has over 20 years of educational experience as a 12th grade British Literature teacher, Reading Department Chair, New Teacher Mentor, Curriculum writer, Dyslexia Coordinator, Administrative intern at South Garland High School, and current secondary administrator. Brown is a native of Jamaica who migrated to the United States in 2000. She is the mother of a 14-year-old son and loves to travel in her spare time. Her favorite quote is “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples”.

Mrs. L. Simmons - Assistant Principal
8th Grade Principal
I have 25 years of educational experience spanning from grades 3-8, as well as an instructional coach 6-12 with the Dallas ISD ELA Department. My teaching career started at K.B. Polk Elementary School and moved to Comstock Middle School. During my time as an instructional coach, I served O. W. Holmes, Boude Story, Ben Franklin, and T.W. Browne.
My most recent administrative experiences were shaped by being an Assistant Principal at Tolbert Elementary and a year as a DISD Principal Fellow.
