Texas Tech Partnership
Dallas ISD, in partnership with Texas Tech University, is seeking district paraprofessionals with a bachelor's degree to become certified bilingual teachers.
If you are interested in learning more about this program, please attend one of the following information sessions:
- Thursday, January 24 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Information Sessions will be held at 9400 North Central Expressway, Dallas 75231.
The Dallas ISD H-1B visa program allows the District to recruit and retain international educators for critical shortage areas. Many Dallas ISD schools have benefitted from the cultural and linguistic experience that the H-1B teachers have provided and the Visa Department within the Human Capital Management Division will ensure that the program continues to function efficiently and effectively for all parties involved.
The District is currently sponsoring H-1B visas for Elementary Bilingual Teachers for the 2019-2020 school year.
