Public Information Requests
Dallas Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.
All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email or fax number (if applicable)
- Description of the information and/or document being requested
- Subject heading "Public Information Request" or "Open Records Request"
Requests for transcripts and diplomas should be directed to the Student Record Services Department at (972) 925-3645. Requests for student education records for students currently enrolled in the District should be directed to the campus principal.
