Free Sports Physicals Available on May 4

Dallas ISD Athletics has partnered with Parkland Health to hold a free opportunity for our students to get sports physicals on Saturday, May 4.

The event will be held as follows:

Date: Saturday, May 4
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Ellis Davis Field House

ALL students must be registered and bring required documents.
