Jadarius Lee and Johnathan Cotton, students participating in ReadyToWork's Pre-Admission Student Services (PASS) Program, share the Student Spotlight for completing the Powered Industrial Truck certification and presenting to the Dallas ISD school board.
"[The PASS Program] was very helpful…it not only assisted me, but it also assisted a couple of my other friends who didn’t know the first thing about building a resume or where to start their job hunt. Getting my forklift license and workplace safety license is probably one of the best things that happened to me. Less than a week after receiving my certifications I was offered a raise and a managerial promotion at work," says Jadarius Lee.
