Real School Gardens

Cabell provides hands-on, real-life application learning by engaging students with learning in our REAL SCHOOL GARDEN. Students learn in every content area by integration of curriculum planned in the outdoor classroom, including figurative language and research in reading and language arts, temperatures, measurements and arrays for math, plants, weather and patterns in science, direction and civic responsibility in social studies, and writing, which can be accomplished in a variety of ways as well!
