Ireland Learning Garden

Ireland Learning Garden, a REAL School Garden

Our REAL School Garden has been made possible through a grant from Hilton hotels. On October 19, 2017, we hosted our Big Dig day. Our garden now provides our students and families with:

  • Fruits and vegetables our students will cultivate and incorporate into healthy living.
  • An outdoor classroom for use in growing and discovering.
  • A hands-on responsibility for our students.
  • Teachers integrate the garden across content area instruction.
  • Actual data used in classrooms, inspiration to the writers and readers on our campus, and an interactive resource for NASA.
  • A santuary for our students, teachers, families, and community.
