Community Service

HSHP Students,

we would like to recognize you for your community service.  When you are a senior, you will be eligible to receive a community service cord if you have completed 40 hours or more of community service during your high school years with us. 

Please see below the community service form for you to use if the site does not provide one. Also there is a link to the Google Form to upload your community service documentation. 

For seniors, all documentation must be submitted by May 2 to receive a cord for graduation.

Donations

Donations do not count as community service.  You must be working or doing something to earn community service.  Below is a form for you to document your donations and a link to upload them so that we can track those donations.
