New Hire Orientation
The New Employee Orientation is the first step in welcoming new employees to the Dallas Independent School District. It is designed to provide new employees with a smooth transition into their new positions, vital information to help them enroll in district benefits. The New Employee Orientation Program provides a solid foundation for successful growth and development in the district.

Benefits
Teacher applicants who have been issued standard certificates or credentials by authorized licensing agencies in other countries may apply for a Texas certificate.

Compensation
The Dallas ISD Performance Pay Program is comprised of three incentive based components that are designed to recruit, retain, and reward the most qualified campus staff while achieving district performance targets.
